yang menyenangkan adalah feeding giraffe... dan view dari balkon langsung bisa melihat binatang di alam bebas merupakan suatu kemewahan bagiku. :) , walaupun sarapan kurang banyak variasi dan taste nya juga standard .

Nice weather.

Nice weather. Even felt cold in the morning and evening. The resort has many activities for kids and the best part is that we got 20% discount for the ticket to taman safari which was valid for 2 days! It’s definitely worth staying at Baobab for your family holiday.

Finding food around that area is very difficult. We had to eat at the hotel restaurant for 3 days. It would be more convenient for the guests if the hotel has more than just one restaurant. The hotel only provided 5 choices of dishes for dinner, which were very common local food. Also, the hotel has to do something about the flies in the restaurant. It really ruins the appetite.

Interesting hotel Safari.

I super like the night walk activity where the staff ensured we didn't frighten/disturb the animals during the walk. Also, we walked in convoy, the leaders shone light for us to ensure we walked well in the dim light n everyone took care of one another along the walk. We met owl, snakes n porcupines. It was really an interesting n eye opening walk.

Overcrowded with people eager to see n feed the animals at 8 to 8.30am. Disturbing the quiet nature of how animals should be living in their own habitat. Small dining area n crowded breakfast area from 8 to 9am. No tables for breakfast. Need to wait for others to finish their breakfast.

Brood bij het ontbijt was niet afgedekt waardoor de vliegen vrij Spel Hadden. Matrassen konden beter.

Hotel unik & cozy ditengah hutan

Udara yang dingin.Hotel bersih,view animal dari lobi,restoran & kolam renang.View dari kamar juga bagus,bisa santai tiduran dikamar sambil menikmati pemandangan. Banyak kegiatan untuk anak-anak,salah satunya ada acara night malam masuk hutan jam 21.00,bisa ketemu hewan liar.Sediakan jaket,celana panjang & sepatu. Makanan enak.Staf sopan. Ada jadwal bisa foto bersama hewan & memberi makan. Free snack dalam kamar. Anak saya senang sekali. Bisa ditingkatkan lagi soal check in/out. Next time pasti nginap lagi.

Check in,check out antri.Yang bertugas cuma 2 orang. 2x konfirmasi minta kamar terhubung karena saya bersama anak-anak,katanya ok,tapi dapatnya terpisah.Mau komplain tapi antri lagi & sudah capek karena baru tiba sore hari. Menu breakfast tidak ada sayuran.

Viewnya bagus, udaranya seger bgt. Disarankan saat weekend, fun activitiesnya komplit. Ketika weekdays kmren hanya ada kasih makan jerapah. sama ada kasih makan burung sblum jm bfast.

Kemaren saat stay dsna, masuk kamar disambut dengan tissue kotor yg ada dilantai dan lantainya jg ndak terlalu bersih. Untuk bed kmren saya ambil yg double bed, ternyata itu bed single yg disatukan bawahnya. Pilihan makanannya juga biasa, untuk skala bintang 4 . Dan stafnya jg kurang responsif ketika banyak piring kotor. 1lagi stafnya yg cewek bagian ambil kupon bfast kurang bgt senyumnya. Smoga lebih baik kedepannya. Biar stay dsna jg lbh enak

This property and environment really great for family with kids. The staff really helpfull with kids. The pool is nice water is so cold but its okay. My kids really had a good time taking foto with snake, parrot, and Choki the dog from alaska.... Feeding giraffe and storytelling at night.

Almost nothing, except there is alot of people in high seasons. Queuing for giraffe really long.

Great place to take your kids for 1-2 nights!

Beautiful place to take your kids and spend a night! As any successful Indonesian establishment, it's very very... Instagrammable! The kids will enjoy the experience while the adults will be proud of the pics they took. It's quite well maintained and the mini zoo they have actually treats animals better than some other zoos in this country. The animals look healthy. Their collection of animals is quite impressive, one has to wonder how does a private establishment like this get to own such exotic animals. We enjoyed the night walk, although it was a tad overcrowded.

The part we disliked was how the lion cub was treated.. Brought inside the hotel lobby, tied with a very short metal chain for people to look at as they pass by. That was sad! I'm sure this resort could do better. And also we really hope they would stop burning trash, even (or especially) if it's organic. We understand how difficult it is to change the local mentality about that however burning trash is still illegal in this country. Unfortunately for the hotel, it is the kind of place that's not worth staying in for more than 1 or 2 nights. Although they have a pretty good list of activities, it does get repetitive so within 2 days you can do pretty much everything. The price is also a bit prohibitive for most indonesians so most people will come for short stays and try to make the most of it. And by that I mean that the place is crawling with people, kids making noise until late in the night and everybody trying to squeeze as much out of the buffet meals as they can. The food is ok, not great and a buffet dinner will set you back 99k IDR. For a one night stay, the food was fine. If we'd stayed longer, it would become a problem especially since there's nothing else around.

A very enjoyable experience where my kids keep on telling people about their stay there.

The moment you set your foot in the hotel premises, you will be greeted by the warm smiles from the hotel staff. The lobby and rooms were well designed and the facilities were excellènt. Restaurant menu were affordable too.

The toilet tiles are too slippery. Do take extra precautions when using the toilet. The laundry team should be more responsible for the clothing that were sent to them.

hotel kayak diafrika dengan hewan disekitar,lokasi bagus dengan view pegunungan dan hewan, makanan lumayan, dekat dengan taman safari

menunggu cekin terlalu lama, penjelasan dari staf yg kurang, harga h-1 tahun baru 2 x lipat.

The view, having to look at the hippos just outside the...

The view, having to look at the hippos just outside the balcony was amazing! I don't think you could get this anywhere in South East Asia. They also have animal rides (elephant ride, pony) within the hotel compound, photobooth with the animals (lion cubs, meerkats, and feeding the giraffe).

We booked and paid full one month in advance, spend in the giftshops and the photobooths, but upon check out, the receptionist and manager asked us to pay the 2 nights stay for the 2 bedrooms. Eventhough we showed the paid reservations which we printed from the website, they said it wasn't sufficient and even asked me to check my account whether the amount was deducted. We even asked them to call the booking.com number, but they refused. They also called the security on standby, as if that we did not paid. So, although the facilities is ok, i guess the hotel is not open for international travellers.

Very comfortable visit in mantra

The environment is fantastic, very good breakfast and comfortable bed, the network is also very fast. Most of all, the scenery is enjoyable as you can see many animals nearby, such as giraffe.

The transportation is a bit inconvenient so you may hire a private car to send you there, it is very far away from the city centre. Finding nearby restaurants is a bit hard, as you have to walk 10 minutes.

sangat menyenangkan.

Anak-anak menyukai hewan2 yang ada disekitar hotel, dan dekat dengan taman safari. Sarapannya enak dan bervariasi, menu di resto juga enak. Pegawainya semua ramah.

Karena lokasi jauh dari mana-mana jadi agak susah kalau mau nyari makanan dimalam hari, jadi kalau mau nginep mending bawa 'bekal' makanan dan camilan buat sore/malam kalau gak mau repot pesen di resto hotel. Ada serangga masuk dan nongkrong di atas kasur, semacam kalajengking yang cukup berbahaya. Maklum sih krn kondisi hotel yang alami. Sebaiknya jangan sering2 buka pintu balkon terlalu lama dan tetap periksa kasur sebelum tidur.

Beautiful place, very clean, nice facilities, staff very friendly and helpful, good variety of food and taste beautiful (they provide Bintang too ), great experience for family especially kids.

Lack of information in regards to activities that offered in and around Taman Safari. Which I think it would be benefit for themselves if tourists are aware of what’s happening around. Even though staff was very helpful, we had to actively keep asking of what activities, when, how etc. they even ran out of pamphlet of Taman safari daily programs. I had to take a photo of the last pamphlet they had . Food are beautiful but preparation was very slow for some dishes.

Once is enough. Value for money is not as great.

The animals and the infinity pool overlooking the animals. My toddler loves the playground.

The receptionist was not as friendly and I find her not helpful at all and quite annoying. The room is too small.
